I’ve been doing a few guest posts for my friend Amandine’s site www.lesberlinettes.com and Social Media handles and it’s been very fun and I got to work on some exciting opportunities, events and projects. On the last day of Fashion Week she called me up to do some work for another client – Nespresso. Now I’m not much of a coffee drinker but Iced Coffee with Lychee (people you have not lived yet if you haven’t tried this!) created in collaboration with none other than William Fan (one of Germany’s very rare fashion gems – true talent, great fashion) made me rethink my stance on coffee. The addition of Lychee was inspired by William Fan’s asian heritage and roots. The collaboration was presented at the Berliner Modesalon, a space curated by German Vogue to give a platform to German fashion designers, its focus placed on fashion itself and not the hype and events around it. I think this time I only wore heels once to Fashion Week, but they are one of my comfiest yet, so as you can see I was all about comfort. And these sneakers are C-O-M-F-O-R-T.

Perfect in time for Fashion Week ASICS sent me a pair of their limited edition Gel-Quantum 360 that was designed to celebrate their 100 years of existence. It is made up of 360 degree ASICS GEL technology cushioning and runs in both male & female sizing. The heel’s design is inspired by the Japanese “himawari” – the sunflower. The colour way itself is an odé to the sunflower. The whole packaging is so cute, it came in the cutest box also inspired by sunflowers and a card. Although you catch me on the blog a lot in high heels, I will always be a sucker for sneakers – especially LEs with great backstories and design. Huge thanks again to ASICS for these! They brighten up my day everytime I wear them.
